For Large Letters, we use Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service - £3.95

For Small Parcel, we use Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service - £5.95

Please allow 7 working days for delivery. Any orders received after 12 noon on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Band A - Local Plymouth Delivery - £15

Includes Postcodes PL1, PL2, PL3, PL4, PL5, PL6, PL7

Band B - Plymouth Area Delivery - £20

Includes Postcodes PL8, PL9, PL12

Band C - Outer Plymouth Area - £25

Includes Postcodes PL10, PL11, PL17, PL18, PL19, PL20, PL21

UK Mainland Shipping (for large goods)

We are pleased to announce that we can now ship our larger garden furniture goods to Mainland UK.

Prices will range from £75.00 - £100.00

We use an independent courier who will deliver your items. Because of this, we will not be able to provide you with tracking information. We will ensure that all relevant information is passed on to the courier , and any information from them will be passed on to the contact information provided at purchase.

·         Orders

We are pleased to accept orders by any of the following methods;

Online transaction via secure server or by telephone. All credit/debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Maestro and Paypal*. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and/or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.

The web price includes VAT at 20% on all VAT-taxable products *. Some items are exempt such as Vouchers.

·         Delivery

For all local deliveries, we aim to deliver your products within 7 working days. Delivery days at present are Mondays and Wednesdays. We begin deliveries in the morning, but they may extend into the afternoon, especially during peak times when high volumes of deliveries and uncontrollable factors such as traffic can make it very challenging!
