COVID -19 DELIVERY SERVICE

Dear Customers thank you for your continued support, we hope you are all well and staying safe.

We are now able to offer social distancing delivery service. We are running with very few team  to be able to keep them all safe so please bear with us. We will do our best to get to as many people as we can but demand is likely to be greater than our capacity so we will be delivering to certain postcodes each day so we can try and be as efficient and quick as possible.

Delivery Service

There is a £10 delivery charge in areas PL1 - PL7. Other areas differennt delivery charges.

To place an order  for delivery please use the form below (if you can't see the form we may have turned it off to catch up on orders coming in, we will turn it back on within a few hours), and email as much information as you can. We will then pick your order and phone you back to go over any additional requests, substitutes and take payment. Orders can only be made using the form below.

No purchasing can be done through the website we are usng it as a way for you to view some of the products we have. For compost please view the options under the heading compost and bark under the online shop category on the left hand side. For plants and garden sundries , accessories etc please view the various pages on the left handside panel under Store Information. If you use the search bar at the top you may find a lot of 'not founds' as the system is looking specifically for products and most of the information is on pages.

For seeds - look at the seeds and bulbs section on the left hand side in the online shop section. You can click on the seed pictures and enlarge to see some choice but we will mostly have to go through this with you on the phone and choice may be limited!

In order to catch up on orders and process them effectively we will be turning the ordering form off at times. I know this is frustrating but check back regularly and have your list ready and we will process again as soon as we can.

 We have really rushed to get items on the website so please excuse a lack of information or any mistakes in places we are adding more content as fast as we can and obviously we have more things in store so feel free to pop items on your list or ask when we phone you back. Phone lines are very busy so please use the form.

Our aim is to provide a safe service and we will be operating under strict procedures to maintain the safety of the team. Your order will be confirmed when we take payment and we will give you an estimation of the delivery day but this could vary. We cannot give times sorry.

Some items are only going to be available for collection , this will be stated on the website. We cannot deliver big items like furniture due to single driver deliveries but some of these items will be available for collection.

Delivery. We must follow social distancing practice. We will therefore only deliver to the drive way / inside the gate. We will not come to your doorstep or knock on the door, we will beep the horn and once we have got back in the vehicle you are welcome to come out. I am sorry if this does not seem like our normal friendly sevrice but we must keep the driver and yourself  safe at all times. We will give you a wave! We cannot enter homes, buildings or back gardens etc All the team will be equipped with gloves and sanitiser.

If you are part of an allottment group we can do a large delivery to one site in one go.

For all orders

Please think about everything you might want as there will be so many people requiring a delivery we may struggle to get  to people as we do each order in turn.We are generally getting back to people 2 days after we receive the order and a little bit longer after the weekend. We aim to deliver within 7 days but it is often sooner.

We have plants compost ,fertilisers, tools, watering cans, weedkillers, gloves, lighting , pet food, birdfood and feeders, trellis, log roll, aggregates and we can even grab a gift or card if you need one!

Please be assured we are working as fast as we can to provide the best service possible under these difficult circumstances. We won't be able to offer refunds or exchanges on the items during this time. Please note the plants will require plenty of care given the season is still early, some tender plants need protection, we are having cold days and nights aswell as sun and wind which is drying plants out.
